Thank you for such in depth and helpful advice. Yeah, I think I should have reality checked because for some strange reason I now have a feeling that the awakening was a dream. So, if sleep paralysis is a disorder, when I think I am in it, its actually a dream. I think a safe way to not wake up, but to get out of bed (I read) is "to roll out of bed." There is also a technique "to sink into bed" but that one sounds harder than the roll one. I feel that this technique I used is "my WILD technique," as in the technique that works for me most. |
