You want to be in REM, so usually 4.5 or 6 hours after you go to bed.

Do you mean anywhere between 4.5 and 6 hours after bed or one or the other?

I mean Deild (dream exit induced lucid dream) were you wake up from a dream but don't move and go straight into another lucid because your already in sleep paralysis.
