Guys is experiencing sp after attempting WBTB normal?

Like every weekend when i Attempt WBTB a few hours later i wake up and im in total sp, i hear like these wind sounds and turbulence, and im in COMPLETE sp, and goes on like that for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, ive tried remaining calm , thinking of a scenario , yet i havent been able to enter a dream. Today i had a False awakening were i was experiencing SP again, and i went for help, then i woke up, any tips? and is this even normal?

You are supposed to get into SP around 5-15 minutes after you lie down in bed after a WBTB. After you wake up 3 hours later you will probably fail at WILD-ing, since your REM has probably passed. However, it's not really common that SP lasts for 30 seconds to 1 minute after you wake up... I dunno, this is all I know.

Don't try to create a dream scene right away. You have to stay calm and collected, and make sure that you don't lose awareness, but passively stay aware. Close your eyes during SP, and don't think too hardly so as to make sure your body doesnt choose to wake up. There are a couple of signs people feel when they have entered a LD after SP, one of them is the vibrations and effects of SP stop, but for some people, the effects continue even until you are in the dream, and you have to realize that your dream is making them up. If this is the case, you will have to recognize that you are dreaming and break out of the pseudo-SP that carried on into the dream. Also, some more signs of transitioning into the dream after SP include a feel of shifting, or change in your body shape/position (this is usually what happens to me), and some people feel like they are falling through their bed.
