      Wild sp

I've read that when you enter SP, you literally can't move and you are only in it for a minute or two before entering the dream. So when I'm in SP will i KNOW i am in SP?

      Thanks!

It'll be unmistakable, don't confuse SP with 'numbness' or with 'tingling' because those are really just what happens when you don't move your arms or legs for a while. SP will likely involve hallucinations, the infamous vibrations, and a definite shift in spatial awareness.

Your entire body will feel like it's being electrocuted, but in a good way. It's pretty unmistakable. If you aren't sure if it is SP or not, than it definitely isn't.

SP is an unexplainable group of sensations and feelings, whether you call it the "noise" or the "vibrations", it is unmistakable, and really quite remarkable. I have found it more common (for myself) to wake from a dream in this state. It is usually that dream in which you begin to lose control of your movements or actions, as if your physical paralysis is reflected in the dream.
If sweetness can win, and it can, I will be here tomorrow to high five you yesterday. Peace.

SP is crazy. First, if your not sure if you can move or not, then you can. The sensations are incredible. You will feel as if you are spinning, moving, or whatever. It is unmistakable. You will know when you have it. If you want to see what its like, try a DIELD. Basically, you wake up, but dont move and dont open your eyes or anything. Then, visualize the dream you just came out of, and voila! your in SP before you know it. This is always followed by a false awakening for ME. Easiest way.

I experienced it for the first time earlier this morning. It was very scary while I went through it, but everyone has different experiences. The lucky ones are those who enjoy theirs.
