      Good book on WILDing?

      Since WILDing is such a massive topic and has such a wide array of techniques and different styles, there is a lot of sources of information for it.

      Pretty much any book about lucid dreaming which you pick up will describe WILD in some way. The techniques for a WILD also follow all the essentials for an 'astral projection' and if you pick up a book/tutorial on AP/OBE you will find that it will help you with your WILD as well.

      I don't have any specific books in mind, but it wouldn't be hard for you to find a massive range of information on it, heck you could probably get all you need from just DV!
