Meditation is a pretty broad term and there are so many different types and purposes for meditation that you can't really say that it and wild are the same thing. WILD could be considered meditation but its only WILD when you are trying to get into a lucid. With meditation however you could be doing anything from thinking about a single subject or clearing your mind to try to enter an altered state of conciousness or all kinds of other crazy stuff and they all use different techniques. |
