I've learned about a ton of methods to stay aware while WILDing in in these two years I've been lucid dreaming. Everyone says that it's different for every person on which WILD technique works good for you. It's really hard to determine that, though.
Not saying that some methods are bad, I'm just saying some might not work as well as others. Is there a really reliable method (to stay aware) to try?
Whenever I wake up for my WBTB, and lay back down to WILD. I end up just laying there, thinking about which technique I should use, and eventually fall asleep from lack of believing in the method I've chosen. There's just so many! I need some help on this.
