You ever trying imagining doing something physically? I know it's not something people do a lot. You can get a sense of it right now. Try to feel like your in a specific position. You could use it to start lucid dreams in different areas if you like. You could feel like your in a sled riding down a steep hill. Just let the feeling settle in (hard to do in real life, easier in a dream), and when it feels somewhat "there" you just move your body like you normally would.
Hah I never really did try to end up in any position other than my bed. I think you've made me think of something I'll try tonight
