      Frustrating New SP Obstacle

Okay, so I had SP like three times last night throughout. Each time I experienced a different obstacle that I haven't really experienced in a long time, or ever.
The first time, I had a distinct auditory hallucination. You know a guy sounds on the radio? Well, I heard a voice just like that say clear and vividly, "Come on." And as if someone had recorded that same voice, it played again and again every few seconds. it kind of creeped me out (plus I was in a bad position to be in SP- on my stomach- which apparently allows for the nerves in my lower back to flinch with a really unusual but familiar extremely uncomfortable "tickle" sensation which can wake up me by causing me to flinch involuntarily) so I woke myself up somehow. Before I woke up in the morning I found myself in SP again and this time had my first tactile hallucinations in combination with some auditory and visual. I saw my father come in my room, but when I looked directly at him, he vanished. Only in my peripheral vision, could I see him faintly, like a quick shadow. I heard footsteps down the hall and he came in my room (not in real life) and it felt like it grabbed my lower back (where I have those strange sensations). At one point, I could actually feel pain as the hallucination grabbed me. I could feel my dream body grabbing his large hand and at the same time felt my real body laying in its paralyzed place. Weird, huh? Anyway, the sensation was too uncomfortable to deal with so I woke myself again. I wish I could relax into SP with ease. That's my problem.

Sometimes you just have to push through the uncomfortable feelings you get during SP, unless your own physical body is uncomfortable itself and your mind can't hold out knowing that your body is staying in that position. The only solution I can think of about the visions and auditory problems is to simply get over them as they are perfectly normal. The one where your dream body was 'detatched' from your actual body because of a hallucination could have been a prime time to enter your dream, especially if you could feel the hallucination. A suggestion is to do a reality check in any sort of situation where you can feel your dream body, stabilize and alter the dream to your preference, and enjoy the ride

Also, I'm not sure how much of a choice you have when you attempt to enter SP. For me, it's usually a wave of paralysis washing over me, not a gradual thing.
