      Need help.

Hi im sorta new here. The information here is very reliable and useful in helping me achieve lucid dreams! Ive had some 7 LDs since ive started and now im consistently practicing WILD every night.

I have a breathing problem when i attempt WILD. Half the time i experience extreme discomfort whilst laying in bed. I feel a heavy load on my chest immediately when i lie down.

This doesnt happen all the time. Ive actually visualized my senses into a scene but awoke due to my body swalloing as my mouth was insanely dry.

However i would like some insight on how i can fix .this so i can keep on trying without feeling out of breath half the attempts. ( only happens if WBTB).

      Thanks.

Out of breath? Like, struggling to breathe?

I know that sometimes WILDing can enhance your senses so it feels like your chest has a heavy weight on it, or your breathing is laboured. In my case I just get on with it, but if you're really struggling to breathe change position, or stop WILDing. You should always get checked out by a doctor if you think it is serious.

To combat the dry mouth, sleep with your mouth closed.

I think changing position will help with all of the above.

      Ooh, their breath is warm
      And they smell like sleep
And they say they take me home
      Like poppies heavy with seed
They take me deeper and deeper
