      [HELP] My Eyelids are Fluttering

Whenever I start seeing the colors dancing around in WILD, my eyelids start fluttering. It totally messes me up. Help?

Have you tried using the little cheap sleep masks you can get at Wal-Mart or K-Mart?

Oh, that's a good idea. I think I have one somewhere... I'll go look for it.

Convenience stores with pharmacies tend to have them, too (CVS, Rite-Aid, etc.)

Do you WILD in a position different from your natural sleep position? My eyes sometimes fall open when I WILD on my back. I roll to my side, and the problem is solved.

I could be wrong, but with me I can sometimes feel my eyes when i enter REM. I often retain about 10% awareness of my body in WILD. It may not be the same thing you mean. I would just allow it to happen, if it is not waking you back up. The sleep mask mentioned above sounds reasonable.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

I've had the same issue a couple of months ago. In my case it was due to my eyes not being relaxed enough. I relaxed my gaze behind my eyelids, problem solved.

Btw, yawning is a good thing for face-relaxation

      Greetings, Tucane

I used to have this problem when meditating. I find the easiest solution is to look downwards with your eyes (whilst keeping them shut!)
