I hope this helps anyone wishing to attain this ability.

When I was younger I would wild almost every night, I thought it was natural to do so. As I got older I would use it to go have sex with my attractive neighbours and thus the ability started to leave me. I was leaving my innocence and became animal like. I haven't done a wild for a few years now, but I have come close and know that the time is near. Here is the mechanics that I have learned behind it which makes perfect sense to me.

First, you have to be absolutely exhausted. There is a point, for me anyway, that if you are so exhausted and force yourself to stay up, some extra energy kicks in and keeps me awake. So a good rhythm and right timing helps here. Now the trick of it all is to naturally stimulate the pineal to secrete melatonin. The funny thing is that the procedure to do this naturally puts you into a wild!

So being totally exhausted and having thought through all that you need to think through so you don't have any distractions is where we start. Now the three keys. The first thing your pineal responds to is ZERO, and I mean ZERO light, do what you have to do. Secondly, deep, rhythmic breathing (don't think about it too hard!) is next, perhaps a small dose of ujjayi to help you along which is just breathing with a slightly closed throat so it sounds like you are a "loud breather" but don't worry to much about this. Now for the third and most critical piece of the combination that is the mystery. You need to have a strong ability to picture a lot of details, what is something you see all the time? Walking through your front door? (How do you think I made it over to my neighbours houses to have sex with them? Now you get it!) Backdoor? Walking in a place in your backyard? I have an idea that I am going to go to a park by my house that I want to start my wild at. I am going to go to the same spot as much as possible and stare at the same place to burn the image in my mind. Like leaving a tv on for a long time and the image burns on the screen. Try to picture as much detail as you can, don't strain yourself however, you will take your tiredness away. You can go from that image to others and come back to it again, or whatever image is giving you the most detail.

This final act of picturing is what secretes the melatonin from your pineal and if done properly you will retain the image and simultaneously your body will be slipped to sleep releasing your spirit from your temple. When the image becomes stronger, start replicating the noises and feel the air there. This is the stage I am stuck at now, when you "engage" it is extremely surprising/shocking if you are not use to it and you can wake up right away. Soon I will just let it happen and be the little innocent boy again. I still love to LD but I yearn for a wild again.
