I'm going to try WILD/DEILD again

Hey guys, I'm back after a long long time away doing non dreaming stuff, I just finished my yearly exams and have 2 weeks holidays, from my past experiences of stopping dreaming all together it should take me a week or the whole 2 to get my recall to 1 a night or 2 a night.

Anyway, I had a long think about it and I'm going to be dream journalling because it will help me get lucid and remembering dreams is fun even though 99% of the time its just real life stuff that is normal.

I'm also going to try WILD and DEILD out to get lucid

My past experience with WILD is very limited but I've tried it about 3 or 4 times and one of them was pretty close in my opinion, I was starting to see the different patterns forming and I seemed on the verge of a dream forming but I got too excited and strained for it and ruined it. I think I could get better at those and get a successful one

With DEILD, its frustrating, I tried it for about 2 weeks or so with the mantra to wake up, which I would but I wouldn't stay still or remember DEILD. (Only rememberd on the instant I move which was so frustrating) but I believe it is one of the better techniques and is a powerful one at that.

Combining these two seems to me that it could work very well I hope to report back soon with a WILD or DEILD.

Have achieved SP with mild HI previously, haven't attempted much in the past.

Thats cool here's a tip I recently found out.
A really handy tip I found out after I wrote this guide is to WBTB first. Wake up using a constant alarm around 3 hours after waking up, turn it off and tell yourself you will wake up from your dreams etc, then fall asleep. It seems that mantra's have alot more effect if you say them during a WBTB.
Btw the dream recall really does help, I go semi lucid before I wake up during nearly everysingle dream. It's definetely worth it

To save sivason some time, I will tell you that he suggests getting a dozen or so DILDs before moving to WILD, to really get a solid feeling for LDs.

      Just Sivasons input haha....
