So when I'm at my most tired waking up during the night, and lie down again on my back instead, after lying there for awhile, I get this feeling like my consciousness just dipped down into something then came back up. Not the usual losing concentration then getting it back thing, but similar to the feeling that I get during DEILD when rolling through my bed. Should I try making my WBTB earlier and try exploiting this? If I could WILD that early into the night then DEILD for the rest that'd be wonderful. |
