      Can't wild any more

Before i knew about lucid dreaming, in 2006. I use to lay down and 5 to 10 minutes later i would get into sp, but i can't remembe if i ever entered into a dream state. Now i try to wild, and i can't even reach sp. I know you don't need to reach sp, but it helps me get into a dream state. Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong? I'm going to try to wild tonight and see what happens.

Well, since your last try, definition for SP we used on DV is redefined and we also have some new tutorials.

You are correct you don't need SP (true paralysis). But you may/may not get some sensations associated with normal falling asleep process. Those, although best observed passively, could give you an indication where in the process you are. Here is an article about sensations and different types of entry into WILD.
Full WILD (sageous) tutorial - I recommend you start with this one.

      Quick tips:
      1. combine with WBTB
      2. read a good tutorial
      3. lot's of patience

      Happy dreams and good luck

gab is right sleep paralysis is just as old and real as the old hag, it doesn't exist when your awake! (Unless you have the sleep disorder sleep paralysis)

I wrote a long answer about the problem with the term and my opinion of how to act when you experience strange sensations here:

      I hope it helps you
