Unless you suffer from Narcolepsy or another dream disorder, you won't experience REM atonia in a WILD, instead you witness the process of falling asleep consciously. |

Hey, so I've been having some strange experiences while trying the WILD method to induce a lucid dream. After laying still for about 20-30 minutes and not being able to enter SP I give up, and turn to my side (my usual sleeping position). Once I roll over and get settled I almost instantly start to enter the stages of SP. However, because I interrupt my first attempt of WILD by a physical movement I don't have the strength to stay focused and fall asleep. |

Always, no sometimes think it's me,
But you know I know when it's a dream
I think I know I mean a yes
But it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree

I agree with Ctharlhie. In addition, the things that people experience in a WILD attempt such as tingling, buzzing, etc. aren't even sleep paralysis. They are normal bodily sensations you notice as your body is falling asleep. |
