      Trouble WILDing

      hey guys,
I posted a thread about wild attempts about a week ago. It's all been going pretty well, but for the last 3 days, I haven't been able to get anywhere. My mind wanders so much, I can't concentrate on my counting and drift off into normal sleep.
Is my WBTB too short? Any tips?

If your mind is tooooo active, then you are probably too awake. I would go for a shorter wbtb.

WILD is hard for a lot of people. Keep at it for a longer time.

Hmm, maybe. It just feels like I'm still asleep, or at least like it does when I am falling asleep. I know it's hard, but I won't give up! P:
