      WILD help?!

So i've been having this problem where whenever I try to WILD I focus on my tongue way too much.
And it just seems impossible not to move it because I can't think of it without moving it.
I always try to WILD before I go to sleep every night.
Should I WILD early in the morning when i've entered REM sleep and wake up with an alarm clock, THEN WILD?
      Ooooor any suggestions?
Btw, ive only entered SP consciously 1nce before.

You should try WILD in the early morning. Like after you've slept for 4-6 hours or so. Because i don't think it's actually possible to WILD when you go to sleep at night. And don't aim for sleep paralysis, try to aim for lucidity. Because you don't experience sleep paralysis when you WILD. I hope this helped.

I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.

Don't focus on it, go ahead and swallow, just as you would when falling asleep normally.

Go ahead and move, same way as going to sleep normally.

Give yourself at least 4.5 hrs of sleep before attempt.

SP is when you can't move at all, no matter what. You don't need that at all for LDing.

Here is a great WILD (sageous) tutorial that will explain all the questions you just asked. Happy dreams

      Thanks guys
And btw, it is completly possible to WILD before you got to sleep every night.
About 2 months ago I introduced LDing and WILDING to my friend and he mastered it
within the first few weeks. He now WILDs at will. And some nights he chooses not to
      just because he can hahah.

It might be hard to WILD as you go to sleep every night. However there are other reasons of going through the method of WILDing in the beggining of the night.

      Here is one: http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/anyone...ml#post1972167

In other words you go through the process of WILDing to increase your chances of DILDing.

I have had some problems of finding a posture that I don't fall asleep to easily in, but last night I found one!

And I slept consciously for an hour. Aminergic system never got down, but I felt the cholinergic system rise or (I never lost critical and analyctic awareness, but I felt random thoughts and the hypnagogic imagery increase.) So I just switched to a comfortable posture and went to sleep.

This led to vivid dreams that I was very aware of experiencing, to a very vivid lucid dream that was so stable that I could even read texts inside the dream!

I will write all about it in my Dream Journal, because this dream was a lucid dream that really stands out in my 4-6 years of experience!

But in my eyes the question "Is it ok to WILD at my bedtime?" is the same as asking "Is it ok to sleep consciously at my bedtime (and maintain the critical thinking bank of aminergic system in order to increase my chances of vivid, stable and more aware dreams that is easier to remember?).

It's only a problem if you see the part of falling asleep unaware as a problem.

      Sweet dreams

I would like to add, that you should work on waking up naturally, otherwise the alarm may jolt you awake too much.
