2nd WILD in 2 nights.

It's been 2 nights that I achieved a wild in a row, strangely I do not use the WTBT technique, I just woke up in the morning and feel like I should take more sleep and there for me is the best time to wild, I read a lot of guides on this forum and most of them have like 4-5 phases, I only encouter 2, Sleep paralaysis and then it's completely grey and I wake up in my dream. But i Don't know why when I achieve them they last for about 30-1min long,

any idea how can I make them last ?
