Thread: Buzzing/rush in head

Hey guys,

So since a year or so I lay without moving in my bed to get to sleep paralysis.
I read alot aboit it that you can see scary things so I always move when I feel its coming(hearing less sound and feeling light) so from a year or so I always break the proces right before im paralysed just to get relaxed and sleep immediately.

So this happend to me alot but not every day,
I wake up midnight and when I want to go back to sleep I hear a very high buzzing sound and feeling very light in my head(I think its like seconds from sleep paralysis correct me if im wrong) and I dont want to get into sleep paralysis so I move alot but when I stop I hear it after some seconds again so I keep moving a little again and so on till I fall in sleep again.

What is this and why does it happen?
