      Almost WILD

I quit trying to lucid dream a few months ago after a lot of attempts to lucid dream, but I could never get it. So, earlier this week I began trying to WILD and almost every night I would be able to get a grey image of where I wanted to be in my dream. It was a very detailed grey image, almost what you would image a black and white painting looking like. However, I have a hard time of keeping this image in my head and I begin to get a headache and then it fades away. Does anyone else have this problem? And perhaps a little advice so I can get a more effective WILD?

It seems like you are visualizing. This may work better for DILDs. For a WILD - there is little more to it than visualizing. Please check out this tutorial (sageous) to see detailed, step by step explanations of the whole process. good luck

Thank you for telling me that. I tried a SSILD last night combined with a WBTB and a WILD and got this feeling like I was only twenty pounds. I got up and reality checked but nothing worked, not even looking at my clock worked. So I assumed I wasn't dreaming and went to the bathroom, and then reappeared in my bed. Turns out is was a FA.

Oh man, FA tricked you. When you RC during day, you have to believe that they will work, because at that moment you could be in a dream. If you don't, then RC in your dreams will not work either. happy dreams
