I find being well rested helps me with WILDing. I'll take a nap during the day and force sleep again that night at around 10pm by taking half a xanax. I'll sleep deeply until around 4am, my cat is usually prowling around at this time so i'll let him out, get a drink and go back to bed. My mind will be wide awake but my body will happily go back to sleep or into a very relaxed state and I usually will feel intense vibrations within a minute of lying back down. When I separate I feel so awake I feel like I physically got up off my bed but can see myself lying in bed with my son sleeping beside me.

I will also keep repeating the dream in my mind as I re-enter my body to help me recall it, then i'll force myself awake to scribble it down so i'll still remember it in the morning. Good luck with it, it's the best fun ever and comes more and more easily the more practice you get when you find the method that works for you.

Seems sensible enough, but I have that problem that I can't take naps xD but I think I will take your hint at being more relaxed, because I've been beginning to notice that I'm rather restless when I'm trying to sleep. I don't know exactly how I'm going to do this, but I think I'll figure something out c:

Thanks everyone for the help and tips, most of them were really helpful c:

Good luck to you, and happy dreaming ♥
