You really don't need to worry about it. |

The idea of not moving, swalloving, scratching... is kinda outdated. Things may move along faster if you still, but changing position, for example, will not ruin it. Especially, if the urge to move or scratch or swallow becomes distracting and disruptive. It's better to take care of it as if you were just going to sleep normally. Without giving it another thought or getting upset over it. |

You don't need SP to lucid dream. Especially, if you never had SP as you falling asleep normally, you will not have SP when WILDing. If you wait for it, you will fail, because it will most likely never come. |

Don't move. That feeling of being uncomfortable is a sign of REM-Antonia coming on. Just muscle through it, it'll get easier once REM-A starts. |

I agree completely, and I am rather surprised I haven't came across another post stating the same, as blunt and simple as your own, until now. Its really not that complicated and you are right, you just need to fall asleep essentially. I had been attempting the "staying still" aspect of the ordeal for quite some time and had little, to no luck a large majority of the time. From my personal findings through meditation over a large span of time, it was better to simply take care of what needed to be done to feel comfortable. After I take those steps needed, scratching, adjusting, and so on I came to the conclusion that it was a lot easier to fully relax and pass into that state because you aren't constantly in worry of the things that brought you bother and just plain ol' discomfort. I highly recommend this "style" if you will. |
