1) I know these things are not related to WILDing and have already read the guide you sent me, it's just something that happens to me.
As i'm relaxed in bed i just start to get these shakes and cramps, without actually DOING anything.

Tonight I woke up twice at night (on my own) and logged a dream each time.
after the second time i tried to just fall asleep, not WILD,and I couldn't for 4 hours! (until i just got out of bed)
my conciounse was awake at all times and i kept feeling like when trying to WILD (when i did not in fact try to WILD), but couldn't fall asleep - and I didn't try to concentrate or anything.
I let myself think of random things and situations and just wished to sleep but couldn't.
I just let myself relax and think about nothing and everything - all that happened is that I had these shakes and stuff, for 4 hours... O_O
I wouldn't be irritated to fall asleep during WILDing, what disturbes me is that I don't fall asleep at all!
I think i'm going to stop trying WILDing completely.
my sleep is very important to me and the fact that it's the second time that i wake up at night and experience the same as when trying to WILD without actually trying it, that's really disturbing:
can't fall asleep because i'm constantly consciouse even though i'm just relaxed and not concentrated on anything in particular.
Don't know what to do, tonight was really bad =/
