Hi, I gree with Matte87. Hypnagogic hallucinations can be visual, auditory, tactile, etc. Also, that stage where you are starting to feel sensations is not sleep paralysis. They're just normal bodily sensations you get to notice since your body is falling asleep and you are aware of it. In any case, it is encouraged not to focus and think about the sensations because the more you dwell on the physical aspects of WILD, the harder it will be to enter the mental aspect and the dream.
Good luck!
