      Most methods or induction techniques need at least 4 - 5 hours of sleep first. The reason is you have longer REM cycles toward the later morning hours.

      In addition to what the others said, naps in the day are also great times to try a WILD, as you go straight into REM sleep during a nap.

      Yes, after few hours of sleep, or during nap. But there is so much more to WILDing than just time. Please read tutorials to familiarize yourself with the whole process, so you know what to expect and what to do when it happens. You save yourself a lots of frustration. Happy dreams
