      WILD Journey into confusion? hehe

Ok. (take a breath) Now. after sleeping like 6 hours. i got up for WBTB and went back to sleep. this time I wanted to do a WILD. (several failed attempts before) so after laying still like 10 minutes and I change side for 10 minutes more and feel a little sleepy . so the confusion starts here. I don't know it was my imagination or I passed out into dream. a lady told me that "you can WILD even moving your head" that doesn't make any sense and after 5 seconds. I suddenly felt a vibration through whole my body (a little strong.starts from my head) and i panicked (a little because it was scary!) everything was black and I only see dotted color patterns. and the sensation slowly fade away. I thought that I was in sleep paralysis and maybe in a dream now. but i was not.
So what is it people i don't get this.
and when I get up and went back to sleep I think i was lucid but the dream was muddy and it was a little scary. I dream that i was in my bed and everything around me is dark (like it is 12oclock and all lights are off) I suddenly thought that i must be dreaming i did a finger through palm reality and it didnt work. and the nose plug RC did work. I always feared the darkness in my dreams. so i started screaming to get up but i cant scream its like my voice is very low. finally i got up.
so this is the journey of confusions of my last night.
      any thoughts people.

The first part you described sounds like hypnagogic hallucinations and normal sensations of falling asleep, they vary from person to person but they are normal for when you become more aware of falling asleep, this thread lists those: http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...ntry-wild.html
Also you should not aim for sleep paralysis, it's not reliable unless you have sleep disorder with same name and you will take more time trying than having success, instead, just try to fall asleep while being aware of falling asleep, check out this thread for more info on WILD process: WILD (Sageous)
Congrats on lucid by the way , that dream type is called false awakening and it's actually quite usual for many WILDers, if you don't like dark you can always use dream control to make it day, imagine and expect sun to come up for example and it will! Here's tutorial on dream control: Dream Control Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

It's kinda hard to tell what exactly happened, but Checker gave some good explanations.

If it's dark in your dream, even if you can't talk, you can think to yoursef "hrm, look at the sun comming up", or "who put the lights on?", or anything similar, that doesn't "wish" for light but acknowledges that there is already light.

If you never heard your voice in a dream before, try practicing yelling commands during day. Pretend you just got lucid and shout out commands. It works.

Vibrations are normal, namy people find them enjoyable, perhaps you will start liking them, too.

OK, read the linked tutorial for WILD (sageous) and do it again

Thank you checker and gab for explanation. now it is a little clear to me that what happened. but i have one more question. if i was in sleep paralysis why didn't i get into lucid dream? and my aim was not for entering sleep paralysis it just happened suddenly while i was feeling a little sleepy.

You don't know if you were in SP. Most likely you were not. SP is not a gateway to LD. You can have LD if you have SP or don't, same way if you are on a bed or sofa. It just doesn't matter. You don't get SP when just sleepy - it starts only after you start to dream to keep you from acting out your dream.

Vibrations, HH... these are all signs of falling asleep, not SP. SP is when you wake up, can't move no matter what.

You know, yesterday I got like 6 DEILDs after a WILD, not a single one of them had a dream scene, but vibrations were present during the whole time. I entered all of them with some other type of entry.

When I feel vibrations, I can start moving my subtle/dream body. I started practicing this a few times when just going to bed normally. I try to move my body without moving muscles. Just try to wiggle side by side, as when you want to turn to your side, or from feet to head. Of course, nothing will happen when you just practicing.

But when time is right, during vibrations, do the same thing. The feeling of you moving can get very real. When you notice your subtle body is separated/moving, you can just stand up or roll out. It may sound crazy, but you can do it. Sometimes I stand up without feeling my dream body separated. Try it, you will be amazed.

I would agree. I had an awesome DEILD today and remembered to just sit up as if i didn't doubt that i could. when you feel any vibrations, it's a good idea to relax even deeper to speed up the process of your body falling asleep. and just like gab said, you really have to just roll over, or even like i did this morning, just sit up like you would normally. simply, if i can really say that, just know that you can move.

Good progress. I'd try to recreate the original conditions with just a mild expectation of success. Too much of it or sticking to any particular technique that you think has attributed to your success might lead to a blockage. I'd also pretend that the lady that gave the heads up can hear me and ask for her help.

Thank you all. I will try again tonight and will post the results. (Wish me luck!) and I also need to record my dreams. last night was the first time i recorded my dreams.I had very fragmented dreams (like 4 or 5 fragmented dreams).

      Update.

So after attempting again.(last night) I experienced some HH. I remember first i was sucked into this hard table in my room. then I think I kind of altered the situation(I read in a WILD technique that you can alter the HH) and started floating around my room (like 15 seconds) i know it was HH and then it slowly fade away and i waited again and again nothing happened. I started to visualize the dream scene but no success.
      PS
I dont know but i am kinda liking the HH.

If it was you floating around your room, that was already lucid dream, I would say. If you only saw it as a movie in front of you, than you have to enter that dream. if you felt in 3D environment floating around, you were in LD already. After it faded away, you were quite likely still in LD.

When you think your HH or LD ended and you just laying on your bed and nothing is happening, try to get up or roll out of your bed.

So i did another attempt last night. I was wilding and my whole body felt heavy I change side. Then i felt something weird and i got up from my bed and I am lucid but the whole dream was very very slow motion i move very slow i did every thing to change the dream etc but no success finally i had to get up. I don't know if this was a false lucid dream.

If you knew at that moment that you were in dream, that means it was lucid dream, and it sounds like you did knew so congrats!
I believe there are no false lucid dreams, either you know you are in dream, or you don't.
It sounds like dream might have been unstable, next time try stabilization techniques once you are in dream: Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views , i personally use 'Engaging senses' and 'Rubbing hands' ones.
And don't worry, quality of lucid dreams will increase as you keep practicing and doing them, my first lucid dreams were rather short, unstable and awareness was low, but as i practiced more they got alot better.

ahhaha believe me i rubbed my hands nothing happened. Yes you are right about the quality of lucid dream i hope it will become more stable and vivid soon. The dream was not very vivid I look in my hands my hands look very weird. The moment i got up from my bed i did a nose plug reality check and it works wonder. It is amazing and funny at the same time.
