On my past few (first) attempts at the WILD technique I'll get this weird sensation, it makes it impossible to continue and it makes me twitch. After I've meditated around 10 minutes focusing on my breathing I'll feel this weird vibrating, like I said earlier, it almost feels like I have to move (like I'm involuntarily moving). So basically, my main question is what this means; is it the beginning of sleep paralysis? Should I start imagining my dream scene at this point? |

Let me rephrase, how can you ignore this; it feels so weird. |

I try before bed and when I wake up in the middle of the night. I'll put on an eye mask and start meditating. After 10-15 minutes of focusing solely on my breathing this vibrating sensation comes; it always makes me really want to move something(arm, leg etc.). I have never been able to fully ignore it, I think I just need practice. |

im gonna just say this vibration feeling you are feeling is just your body becoming numb and while meditating you can't keep attention off your physical body. My advice which will I know alot of people would disagree with, is to stop meditating. The reason you want to move your body part is because you are uncomfortable. It seems like you are putting too much effort into meditating. |

Ok, I'm not entirely focused, sometimes I'll drift off and have vivid day-dreams. |

When meditating I'm relaxed, I'm not fighting any thoughts. You may be right, I can't keep my focus off my physical body. Once I had a vivid mini dream almost or something. I almost started hallucinating, but the first on snapped me out of it. I apologize for my incoherence, It's getting late. |
