      Weird Vibrating Sleep Experience!!! Help!!!!

it all started one night when i was lucid dreaming (i thought everyone had lucid dreams until i read abit about dreams after i started having these vibrations) anyway i started waking up and i heard random noise (people talking ect.) of corse this was all in my mind, then suddenly i started vibrating (like a warm vibration in the centre of my body spreading energy to my whole body) this felt really good, but it started to get too intense and i got scared because i didn't know what this was and woke myself up. i read about this on the net the next day and i found it relating to stuff like OBE's i thought it was weird and tried to forget about it. about 3 weeks later i was at my friends place and we got stoned (and don't bag me for this, and i wasn't just hallucinating lol) then he went to sleep and i shut my eyes and was really relaxed and then the 'warm' buzz came back i was determined not to wake up because i kinda wanted to have an OBE, anyway, it got really intense but instead of having an OBE i started to feel these other vibrations around my body i started experimenting with them, and then it was like i went into this 'scary' state of vibration it felt like my body was vibrating in a very unpleasant 'scary' way and i was really frightened i HATED IT! so i tried to get back to the 'warm' buzz i was trying to find it but found this other 'buzz' that made me feel very sick i eventually found the 'warm' buzz again and woke myself up. i then went outside and threw up, i wasn't myself and i could barley walk i got back to my bed and thought 'this is crazy i'm just gonna sleep it off' then about 5 seconds after i shut my eyes the 'scary' buzz came back but when i opened my eyes it disappeared i eventually tried to go with it and sleep through it but it got too intense i completely lost my self and i knew that the only way to get back to normal was to get back to the 'warm' buzz state and then wake up. i had to find and go back through the 'sickening' stage and retrace my steps till i got there finally after a really long time of trying to get back i got back to the 'warm' buzz and woke myself up. it was then morning, it took that long. easily the scariest experience of my life. now just last night i had a buzz but woke my self up because i'm too scared of having another experience like my last. anyone know what the hell this is??? and i'm back to normal now and i'm completely sane and not stuffed up from drugs or anything.. i'm just curious what this is.. any ideas? lol thanks sorry if its too weird

Freakish vibrations like that are common among dreamers. I've never had them, and am a little jealous actually.

I'd say your energy body was just humming along at a different frequency. When you encounter energy that moves at a different speed than you're used to, it feels sickening and horrible.

def sounds like sleep paralysis... isnt it when ur body goes to sleep and ur conscious is still there.

You can be halfway into sleep paralysis, feel the vibrations, and still be able to move. Nothing supernatural here, this happens to everyone (you're just asleep most times it happens).

my thoughts were quite deranged though and it took awhile to get back into my body, it felt like whatever it was was just pulling me deeper into this really weird feeling and i was struggling to get out.. so anyone know where i went wrong from having an OBE then?

It's just a hypnagogic hallucination, one that often occurs (but not always) at the same time as sleep paralysis. Shouldn't have made you throw up, maybe that was the pot. I've never heard anywhere of anyone vomiting because of HH or SP.
