On my past few (first) attempts at the WILD technique I'll get this weird sensation, it makes it impossible to continue and it makes me twitch. After I've meditated around 10 minutes focusing on my breathing I'll feel this weird vibrating, like I said earlier, it almost feels like I have to move (like I'm involuntarily moving). So basically, my main question is what this means; is it the beginning of sleep paralysis? Should I start imagining my dream scene at this point?
