Lightbulb Important and helpful tip to SP induction - WILD even faster!

      Hi everybody

I want to show you very helpful tip to SP induction or just relaxation Let's start!

This techniques can be very effective:

      - Mind Awake, Body Asleep - Sleep Paralysis Induction Tutorial
      - CrazyInSane's WILD tutorial!!

So, now the point. When you wake up and you'll waiting without moving (if you don't know what i'm talking about -> read these articles!) -> do the squint! (eyes closed ofc) Like that:

Squint cause alpha waves in your brain as a result your body fall asleep and you'll can do WILD or you'll have SP immediately! (SP is not required to WILD btw but you can do WILD too) Checked by me and other people, so now try and write opinion!

Note 1: It's completely safe, you will not have a permanent squint
Note 2: Up squint is more effective.
Note 3: Sorry about my english.
      Note 4: I'm a Paint master! Hahahahaha!

alpha waves are important ? i have searched for this. please can you provide me a good reference ? thank you
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

It's simply. You are in alpha waves (8-13HZ) when you are relaxed. Usually before falling asleep and after waking. The squint accelerates the relaxation and when you are relaxed you are ready to WILDing Look at wiki:
Alpha waves are one type of brain waves detected either by electroencephalography (EEG) or magnetoencephalography (MEG) and predominantly originate from the occipital lobe during wakeful relaxation with closed eyes

      @Jelon

could you please confirm you are talking about sleep paralysis? When you are immobilized and you can't move no matter what?

If yes, SP is NOT required to WILD. In fact, getting into SP is an imposible task for majority of people. For those who get the SP disorder, well, they don't need any tips, they are already getting it. You get SP naturally after you start to dream.

If yu talking about sensations such as vibrations, tingling, heaviness, lightness.... Those are not SP, but signs of falling asleep.

      Please read this SP explained.

There is already a lots of misinformation out there, no need to add to it.

If you have paralysis disorder, you can WILD, if you don't have paralysis disorder, you can WILD. No need to add this extra, impossible to achieve step to already not so easy process.

I agree with gab, SP is not something that one can induce without having the actual disorder , it would be good if you could add link gab posted to post to avoid further confusion.
