Hello, I just registered here today after coming across this forum while doing my own research on LD's. I must say this seems to be the most comprehensive source of information I've found on the subject so far.

In my own experience with LD's I have run into a certain problem.

Lately I've been getting better and better at inducing LD's using the WILD method and I find the whole sleep paralysis and Hypnagogic hallucination stage to be just as fascinating as the LD's themselves.

The problem I'm having is that once my real body becomes paralysed and I push through the Exploding Head Syndrome the sleep paralysis always seems to carry over into my lucid dream and my dream body feels like it weighs ten times what it should and hampers my ability to do things in my dream. If I try to fly or jump as high as I can I'll only make it to about ceiling hight before being pulled back down to my bed and often back into the Exploding Head Syndrome or else into multiple false awakenings.

Spinning in my dream will usually prevent me from waking up, but I still can't seem to get rid of the overly heavy feeling I have while lucid.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a way around it?

Also, does anyone know of some good ways to prevent false awakenings?
While I find them to be fascinating as well, I never have just one or two of them. I've had as few as four in a row and as many as twelve. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated too.
