Help - eyes widen when dreamscape starts to form and it then dream goes away

Just started trying wild, I have had a few lucid dreams by realizing that I am dreaming but that only happens maybe once a month, so I decided to try Wilding. When I wake up in the middle of the night and try it the main issue I have been having is I get to where a dream starts to appear but when it does I realize that it is happening and I seem to widen my eyes then the dream disappears. I have tried to stop myself from doing this but when then I try not to I seem to try too hard not to widen my eyes and the dream disappears. Does anyone have any advice on what to do as soon as you seen a dream or images to start to appear?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "widening your eyes". Do you mean opening?

If you feel like your eyes are opened and you opening them more (maybe in excitement), that's most likely just an illusion. Your yes are closed when you dream. But since you see the dream and you are still aware, you may feel as your real eyes are opened/opening.

What you can try when you see the dream ready is to wish/see yourself inside of it. You have to find your own method, as mine may not work for you. But I look at the ground in the dream and say "I am there".

If your dream goes away, wait a little bit and it may come back. Or try and do a motionless RC. Think to yourself "if this is a dream, I levitate". If you take off, you know you are in a dream. Or you can just try and stand up or roll out of your body. Good luck

The best way to describe it is that I am looking at the dream start to form and so my dream eyes are open and I just open my dream eyes wider like lifting your eye lids up more and then the dream just goes black.
It is possible that its just excitement but it is frustrating because I get so close and then nothing.

Ok, well, that itself should not end the dream.

When it goes dark, you are most likely still in the dream. Try to lift your dream hands if you can see them. This may return your vision and you may staart to see your room or other place you are in. Or you can just stand up from where you sleeping, or roll out. The moment you do so, you will understand that you are in LD.

Btw, can you not raise your eyebrows?
