I need help and I have some good ideas for lucid dreaming

I am not new to lucid dreaming and I did my fair share of research
,however I am still having problems. Here is my situation. I listen to binaural beats
and I lay down in my bed for around 20 to 50 minutes and I get tingling throughout my whole
Body. I can't seem to reach sleep paralysis yet. Any suggestions.

You are on the right track. My suggestion is that you follow the same procedure at 2 am after a few hours of sleep. Report back your findings!

Well I tried it at 3:30 am this morning and it was about the same effect just a little stronger.

It sounds like you are trying WILD.
If so, you don't need to aim for SP. SP experience is not a part of WILD process, and never was, in fact, it's not possible to induce SP experiences and they are quite rare, if they ever happen they happen only like once or twice through lifetime, the regular happening happens only in case of sleep disorder. Check out this thread: http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...explained.html
Also it sounds like you are trying to WILD when going normally to sleep, it's the worst time to WILD and successes are rare with that time. It's much better to do WILD using WBTB or when napping.
WILD is just about falling asleep while being aware, i suggest checking out those tutorials:
http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...cid-dream.html for more basic one and
      WILD for more indepth one.

That was fast! 3:30 am might have been one sleep cycle too late.

Sure. A sleep cycle lasts 90 minutes on average so I was suggesting again that you follow the procedure at 2:00 am. We like to refer to the phenomenon as WILD around these parts - you can skip SP with the FILD technique (Finger Induced Lucid Dream): pretend that you are typing with your fingers against the bed. Your muscles should barely contract, but your fingers should twitch. Every now and then, do a reality check like trying to press your hand through the bed.

Here is an idea. Skip SP all together. Because it's not required. Heck, it's not even part of Lucid dreaming. It's really painful to see users come here from other sites infected by bad ideas like SP, can't move or swallow and such.

SP is something that's totally in hands of your body. Same way you can't control the color of your hair, how fast you blink or other similar stuff, you can't induce SP.

Please read and re-read checker666's post. he knows what he is talking about. Please.

So I found this new method of inducing lucid dreams that is similar to Wild. Its called Aild (action induced lucid dreaming). The idea is to move a centain part of your body while letting your mind fall asleep. When your mind gets used to this action you can supposedly fall asleep and keep doing this. You can also picture yourself doing it while dreaming to keep doing it in real life. Doing this allows you to lucid dream and move in real life. Anyone wanna try this method or have any suggestions.
