      Afternoon Lucid Dreaming Ideas?

Does any one have any ideas or techniques about lucid dreaming during afternoon naps?

What duration are you thinking between getting up in the morning and napping. Any chance of treating it like an extended WBTB?

For me I would be waking up about 10:30 and trying a nap at 2PM. So I dunno!

I tried to do a WILD during a nap the other day. I felt something touch my cheek and felt a tingling feeling like SP was setting in (I've never done WILD before so I don't know if I was close or not).

If anyone can confirm that WILDs are possible during naps, please tell me.

I have tried to WILD in the afternoon many times.
So far it has only worked when I was really really tired.

This usually happens if I don't get enough sleep because I have to go to university early in the morning.
I usually get home late in the afternoon and often have to work on some programming project when I do so.
If during a short break I feel myself falling asleep I know it is worth to attempt to WILD.

I do this in my (very) comfortable chair, which I can lean back to the point where it's nearly horizontal.
I usually also listen to ambient music when I try this.
If it works, SP usually kicks in very quickly. (But it doesn't feel as intense as if I was attempting to WILD during the night)
It's often hard to tell when exactly I've entered a dream though, because they usually start in the very chair I'm attempting to WILD in. (with my eyes closed)
This makes it rather difficult for me to decide when to open my eyes.

If it works, the dreams are usually very vivid, but the dream time feels rather limited.

      Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.
