I would love to know more on this too. Lot of free time atm =]. But I do struggle to fall asleep in the day! |

Does any one have any ideas or techniques about lucid dreaming during afternoon naps? |

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation

What duration are you thinking between getting up in the morning and napping. Any chance of treating it like an extended WBTB? |

I tried to do a WILD during a nap the other day. I felt something touch my cheek and felt a tingling feeling like SP was setting in (I've never done WILD before so I don't know if I was close or not). |

I have tried to WILD in the afternoon many times. |

Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.
