So I was meditating (lying down, just started practicing a couple days ago), and 20 or so minutes into the session I had a sudden feeling of heavy dizziness and tingling. I snapped out of it because I didn't intend to fall asleep and I wasn't sure if it was just part of the meditation or the start of a WILD.
If I carried it through, would I have ended up in a lucid dream or was this just a stage of meditation? Either one is great, honestly, as that means I know I'm making some sort of progress (even if it is unintentional.)
