      Tactile hallucinations

      Hello

I often have Tactile hallucinations and when ever I experience these I immediately wake my self up. Why might you ask? The reason I do this is because I don't want to go through the experience of not being able to move & having any 'imaginary' people / creatures touching me or in my room.

If I simply relax & go to sleep whilst experiencing these Tactile hallucinations would that be the ONLY type of hallucination that I'd get? Would I simply be able to go through that instead of having 'people' popping up in my room staring me down or shit like that?

My hallucination I just feel my body a bit numb, excessive vibrating feeling, and it's like I can hear a lot of wind....

I had one of these hallucinations 2 days before at 4 am (being a little drunk), after that asked my friends, about 2-3 secs passed while it seemed 10-15 mins for me, same experiences like being numb, vibrating etc, however this was my first time and no idea about how it works, but surely made me curious.
Maybe you can make an advantage of these by talking to them about useful stuff?

You can get all different kinds of HH, or none at all. Lots of it comes down to expectation. Try to fill your mind with something pleasant, like a vista of a place you really like or a cool scenario from your daydream or dream.

Try not to think about all cratures that could come up and touch you. But even if that happens, it usually doesn't last long at all. You could just wait it out and enjoy your LD afterwards.

^ But what I mean is, if I'm experiencing the hallucination where my body is vibrating excessively, I'm hearing a lot of wind, and my body is numb does that mean I won't experience the strange creatures popping up THAT night? Like will that be the only type of hallucinations I'll experience THAT time?

I can't answer that. I don't know if you will or you wont.

The best thing I can suggest is to not think about them and to not pay attention to them. That just makes you think about your physical body more than you should.

Have you ever had tactile HH, or is your question more hypothetical? It sounds like you didn't have them. In any case, I would really not worry too much about any HH. If you go into the attempt with happy thoughts, knowing that whatever will happen, none of it can hurt you, then you are likely to have a nice attempt.

On over 200 attempts, I had only one tactile HH and that was when I was worried about my cat jumping on me. That's when I felt some small creature on me. So I made it appear myself. Every other time I'm telling myself I'm not scared, no matter what will happen, I'm safe on my sofa.

What gab said, HH varies alot from person to person and what you experience entirely depends on you, don't think about bad things and they'll not happen.

I assume you have read about sleep paralysis... so let me tell you. It's not a part of lucid dreaming and it's an very rare experience that most of people won't even experience. Unless you are already experiencing it on regular basis you won't experience it during WILD, i never did.
