I have been attempting WBTB for quite a few weeks now and so far I have been rather unsuccessful. I usually try to wake up between 4-6 hours of sleep but find it incredibly difficult to stay awake. I'm currently on medication and it usually sends me to sleep for 11-12 hours. Some days I could sleep even more but I won't allow myself more than 12 hours as I feel I'm wasting my day. |
