I know, I know, these questions have answers somwhere in the forum. It will just take you a minute and it would help probably a lot if you would answer them anyway!
1. For a WBTB, does it really mean you have to wake up completely and get out of bed for ~20 minutes? I've found it much easier to go to sleep if I just wake up and then try to WILD immediately, because I'm already very sleepy. Or am I thinking this wrong, and is it actually in that state much harder to WILD?
2. When visualizing, does this mean I have to visualize the scenery in my head or in front of my eyes? Like, do I have to imagine I'm in the environment or do I have to think about it "in first person" in my head?
3. Is it useful to count or will this instead make it impossible?
4. Is it possible to WILD when lying on your side?
5. If I feel any "sensations" (vibrations, hallucinations) should I give them attention or should I notice but ignore them?
Thanks in advance!
