      How do I cause sleep paralysis?

      I am trying to do WILD for a few days with and without WBTB But I wasn't been able to achieve lucidity. Usually I just sleep and concentrate on my forehead after some time my body starts to feel numb almost like I cant feel my body but nothing happens after that my body do not go to sleep paralysis Last night I tried an Induction mp3 but it doesn't helped me.

      So my I want to know how do I cause sleep paralysis?

      Hey, welcome to dreamviews!

      Sorry but there are alot of misconceptions about WILD on internet. You don't need sleep paralysis, as its not a part of WILD process, check out this thread: http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...mystified.html
      And for WILD you just need to fall asleep while keeping awareness. Also i would strongly recommend using WBTB or naps for WILD, since doing WILD at the beginning of sleep is pretty hard and rarely successful often requiring alot of skill or talent.

      You cause sleep paralysis* when you sleep in rem stage what you really want is to be aware of it, and so WBTB+WILD/SSILD is the way to go

      Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
