      trying to WILD need help

      i stay still for about a hour or 2 and i only get to a point where i fell SP i can feel things yest still feel my body i have dream like things that are short but i still feel my body i cant get i try to focus my mind but i cant get past that point i try to concentrate but im blocked whatr am i doing wrong

      You are most likely not doing anything wrong. But the tutorial you follow may be a bit outdated.

      You don't have to stay absolutely still, and you don't go through SP.

      Please read this short and basic WILD Induction Methods and Techniques
      and this long, detailed, very well explained one

      Then please ask more questions about them, we will be happy to answer. Good luck and happy dreams
