      A few questions regarding WILD

Hi guys i've got a few questions & problems relating WILD
Hopefully it is possible to answer my questions

      1. When i'm going to bed i'm trying to wild after like 5 - 10 mins my fingers on feets and hands are getting numb, after some time i can feel buzzing noise for a few sec like 3 - 6 then i get a little scared.
      - Can Getting Scared push me off the WILD process or stop it?

      2. Eventualy after weird buzzing i'm getting sleep paralys on big thumb on right feet or left or both i'm getting a little scared once more but unfortunely for some reason sleep paralys stops on big thumb fingers of feets. It doesn't increases or moves on more parts of body
      - Could a reason for that be fact that i'm trying wild for practice out of reason before sleep instead of WBTB?
      - Or would that also be possible that due to fact that i was excepting wild or sleep paralys (from what i've readed you can't procced in wild if you except or think that you will get SP or WILD etc.) When i've thinked about something else and eventualy counted from 1 to 100 weird feeling on paralys on my thumb or thumbs pulsed weirdly

      3. Sometimes when i try wild randomly i can accidently move a limb a little very little or i can swallow due to being unable to resist
      - Could that also stop, backward or cancel wild?

      4. Dream Recall Plus Wild
      - There are lots of different opinions some say you need dream recall for WILD but other say that we don't need because we were aware since the creation of the very dream. Which of these is true? I've readed also somewhere that we need to wake ourself from LD like 20 - 40 mins after it happend so we won't lose memories of it.

      Those are my questions
Hopefully i'm not making replica thread or wasting your time guys
      Help would be really awesome
      - Thanks

      1. Yes it can, but there is nothing to be afraid of. You go through it every night, whether you're aware of it or not, I think. At any rate, you'll get used to it.
      2. Its extremely difficult, though not impossible, to WILD when you first go to sleep. 5-6 hours after is typically considered best. And I wouldn't believe everything you read.
      3. It can, yes. Though is you ignore it or don't linger on it, you should be back on track in a few seconds.
4.You don't need it, but its immensely helpful. And, yes, a successful WILD has you aware at the beginning of the dream. This business of waking up regularly, however, is untrue.

      Hope this was helpful.
