      How to past Vibrations?

      Hey guys! I tried WILD last night and it seems like i can't past the vibrations stage.
      I had a big vibration over all my body and then my face was feeling strange. it was feeling like my face changed to another shape
      After a while i performed a RC check and i found myself awake.. how to past the vibrations stage?

      How aware were you of the vibrations? I guess what i'm trying to ask is, how active was your mind at this point? Usually, if you don't set your mind into 'sleep mode' you can become TOO aware of your bodily sensations, making it pretty hard to fully fall asleep and enter a dream. If you feel like you were too awake, try a WBTB method with a WILD attempt.
