      If you are counting how long should you be counting? I start counting have been getting 200-500 before I either fell asleep or gave up. I tried doing a mantra but my mind wonders so much doing that I have a hard to doing it. Starting to think I should try something else besides WILD.

      When I'm attempting a WILD I put something in my hand (pencil coin e.c.t) then,when your drifting into a dream focus on the object
