I find it that I always fall asleep at maybe a 20 mintue mark while trying WILD. What should I be thinking of? My body becomes relaxed and comfortable and almost like it's not even there but I always fall asleep... Any comments that would be great. |

Do you have an anchor? Like a mantra or counting in your head? There are a lot of good anchors you could use, some people listen to the sound of a fan or count in time with their breathing. If you are counting how long should you be counting? I start counting have been getting 200-500 before I either fell asleep or gave up. I tried doing a mantra but my mind wonders so much doing that I have a hard to doing it. Starting to think I should try something else besides WILD. |
