      WILD Questions

It has been posted before that as long as you're comfortable you can WILD in any position.
But can you actually WILD in other position besides lying on your back?
Also how long does it actually take for you to WILD? Do you have some kind of time limit?
Generally if I'm having a hard time falling asleep I just give up after a 30min period...
      Thanks.

      Yeah,

You can WILD in any position you want (As long as you are able to sleep in such position aswell)
I'm doing WILD on my side same position in which i fall asleep

Lying on your back might not be the best position for everyone. For me it isn't. I always have WILDs lying on my side and i had some WILDs lying on my belly. Never had one lying on my back. It's kind of an unconfortable position for me.

Normally, my WILDs take about an hour to take effect.

The fact that it is uncomfortable is why I use it. I lay on my back untill I am painfully close to asleep, but the position holds me right at the edge of unable to sleep, but so close. At that point, I turn onto my side, and fall instantly asleep, as in 30 seconds or less, yet am still aware as the transition is less than 30 seconds. Bamm, straight into concious sleep.

      I wonder about one thingy
Have you used any anchor after turning onto side?

Few weeks ago i've tried something smiliar
If i remember correctly i've used relaxation technique to relax my body
Then after relaxing went to my standard sleep position

And bam after less than minute suddenly unconscious & asleep
      I'm back! Again? Uhhh..

This is EXACTLY what happened to me 2 days ago. After WBTB i always sleep on my side to do WILD. But that day i got up because i couldn't breathe on 1 nostril (it was blocked). So i put some drops and i lay down on my back for some minutes. I started to get very relaxed. But when my back started to hurt, i moved to my side. 10 minutes after: a great WILD.
I wondered if i had a WILD because i relaxed on my back first. Now that you've said it, i'm excited to try it again if this works.

I do keep using my anchor. The advantage is my body is so very ready to sleep (painfully ready) that upon turning on my side the transition may be under 1 minute. I keep up the anchor, but head straight into concious sleep.
