I'm back! Again? Uhhh..
Lying on your back might not be the best position for everyone. For me it isn't. I always have WILDs lying on my side and i had some WILDs lying on my belly. Never had one lying on my back. It's kind of an unconfortable position for me. |

The fact that it is uncomfortable is why I use it. I lay on my back untill I am painfully close to asleep, but the position holds me right at the edge of unable to sleep, but so close. At that point, I turn onto my side, and fall instantly asleep, as in 30 seconds or less, yet am still aware as the transition is less than 30 seconds. Bamm, straight into concious sleep. |

I wonder about one thingy |

This is EXACTLY what happened to me 2 days ago. After WBTB i always sleep on my side to do WILD. But that day i got up because i couldn't breathe on 1 nostril (it was blocked). So i put some drops and i lay down on my back for some minutes. I started to get very relaxed. But when my back started to hurt, i moved to my side. 10 minutes after: a great WILD. |

I do keep using my anchor. The advantage is my body is so very ready to sleep (painfully ready) that upon turning on my side the transition may be under 1 minute. I keep up the anchor, but head straight into concious sleep. |
