I have been making a lot of progress with learning to WILD! I've had the most success adjusting my sleep cycle so I wake up naturally an hour or two before my normal wake up time, and then remaining completely still and fall partially asleep again, focusing on staying conscious and in the right state of mind. After several minutes I'll begin to feel movement, like I'm rolling across my bed, and vibrations that will get progressively stronger. I'll also hear loud and realistic noises such as my alarm clock, which has ruined my attempt before, or a large gathering of people talking. Sometimes it sounds like I left my window open and there is a storm outside. But that's a far as I can get. When I begin to hear noises I feel incredibly close to entering a lucid dream, but at this point all of the sensations slowly fade away and I find myself still awake and in my room. Has anyone else experienced this problem? How can I get over it??
