      What works for you?

So, I've heard the biggest success is made by finding out what works for you rather than following tutorials from step to step. So I am curious what are you more experienced dreamers doing (please describe the core of your WILD techniques, you don't have to write whole article) so I could make my own method I will also browse for all tutorials to see what are they suggesting, but this thread will also be of great help

I have mastered the ability to lucid dream (induce 4 to 5 lucid dreams every night).

The technique I use is called SSCR (Six stage combined relaxation)

It is a hybrid technique (HILD method) just like SSILD- which means it can induce both DILDs and WILDs, as well as DEILDs

Hybrid techniques are my absolute favourite induction methods, I prefer them over WILD techniques

Now, here are some relaxation techniques that I use in my SSCR technique:

      1- Rhythmic Breathing

      2- 61- point relaxation

      3- tactile Visualizations

      4- seeded Visualizations

If you want to learn about these techniques in detail, just ask.

Could you explain Step 3 and 4 in a bit more detail?

I found the information by myself :

Tactile Visualizations: Visualize your body floating above your bed in a higher position, then sinking into your bed in a lower position.

Seeded Visualizations: Actively generate mental imagery, then passively allow it to evolve and take on a shape of its own.

Step 5(?)Submit to the Process of falling asleep: Concentrate on the blackness in front of your eyes for three seconds, then completely submit for three seconds.

      Looks like a solid technique.
