Thread: Anyone else go off the boil from time to time?

Steady Lucid dreamer for a decade but after an active April and May my lucidity success has gone right down. I'm not a pro but have gone directly in through recognising sleep paralysis and using it as a trigger (WILD) a fair few times now. This now seems unobtainable again! Very frustrating.

It seems my only dream sign is gravity miss matching when running which occurs only in my dreams in a non frequent and hap hazard manner. Need to get back into the WILD technique ASAP without drifting away with the paralysis. Any suggestions or techniques that may help to re-ignite this one and only state of consciousness would be most appreciated
