      Not being able to enter dream.

      I have it happen occasionally where I get stuck at the stage where I can see the dream environment, but it isn't stable enough to be able to move around in it or anything other then mild tweaks to the setting.

      I found that I can enter it if I forget that I'm lucid, but otherwise it seems to not be possible

      Hi,

      You could try maybe just wait till dream itself will pull you into a dream scene?
      If it does not happens automaticly then maybe you are somewhat preventing it yourself
      By being stressed or something similar?

      If it's not case that your preventing it somehow then i can suggest you one of these things maybe:
      1. Transition fully into dream through tinnitus (Focus on it if you hear it?)
      2. Daydream/Visualize/Imagine Dream Scene and you yourself moving within it
      3. Visualize/Imagine movement (Visualize/Imagine that your pulled out of bed or something similar maybe?)
